Have you ever been changing the filter of your Otion hearing aids and the little tail that keeps the speaker in your ear falls off? It can be a little tricky to know how to get it back on. To help, Seth Austin, BC-HIS created this short video to show you how to replace it.

As always, if you are struggling to get the retention tail back on (or with any other hearing device issue), stop into one of our offices or give us a call and we are happy to help!
