Kim - Co-Owner and Practice Manager

I am the co-owner and practice manager for Timpanogos Hearing & Tinnitus. I graduated from American Fork High School, served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Sao Paulo, Brazil. I have a bachelor's degree in psychology from BYU and an MBA from WGU. I am married to Dr. Garrett and we have three children and one beautiful granddaughter. I like to road bike, read, and travel.

Maddy - Senior Patient Care Coordinator, Spanish Fork

I was born in Toronto, Canada, but grew up in various places across the United States. I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology from Brigham Young University. I also had the opportunity to serve a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Arcadia, California, where I learned to speak Spanish.

I am loving working in the hearing and tinnitus field and I love to see patients living better by treating their hearing loss and tinnitus! In my free time, I enjoy playing soccer, getting lost in a good book, and spending time with my husband.

Ryan - Patient Care Coordinator, American Fork

I grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada, but now call Alpine home. I served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Seoul, South Korea, an experience that taught me the value of connection and service. I earned my degree in Health Science from BYU-Idaho, and I’ve spent many years working in the healthcare field.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my son and enjoying adventures with my nieces and nephews. You’ll often find me unwinding with a good movie or getting immersed in video games. I’m passionate about helping people improve their quality of life, and I’m excited to support patients on their journey to better hearing and relief from tinnitus.

Jamie - Communication Manager

I am the Communication Manager and I handle all online inquiries as well as plan events. Born, raised and settled back in American Fork after graduating from Utah State University...go AGGIES! I enjoy camping with my husband and three children, hiking, reading, exploring our beautiful state, and spending time with family and friends.

Doug- Audiology Assistant

I am the audiology assistant, usually in the American Fork office. I am graduating in Exercise Science in May of 2026 from Utah Valley University. I am engaged to be married in December of 2025. I love the outdoors, sports and working out at the gym. I've grown up around the audiology industry and I enjoy helping people use their technology to improve their lives and relationships!

Jackie - Insurance Specialist

I am the insurance specialist for Timpanogos Hearing & Tinnitus. I have suffered from hearing loss and tinnitus for over 25 years, so I know what our patients are experiencing when they come into our office. In fact, I started as a patient here myself! I am an Utah native, I am married with 3 sons and 6 grandchildren. I love the outdoors, reading, crafts, and most of all, helping people!
