How is hearing care generally provided?

You’ll typically see two models:

• Bundled (what we offer): Everything included in one predictable monthly or prepaid plan
• Unbundled (most others): You pay for the exam, technology, supplies, visits, repairs, and adjustments separately

Treatment Pricing

As with any medical treatment, it is impossible to give an exact price on a website without knowing the history, test results and needs of the patient. However, we know how important it is to have an idea of what you will be investing in before you make a treatment decision. Below are our treatment plans and simple pricing estimators for treating both hearing loss and tinnitus that will give you ranges of what your treatment could cost in our clinics. For simple reference, hearing plans range from $159-$259 a month, with most patients paying around $219. Tinnitus treatment plans have a larger range because of the variance in treatment options.

What does the Price Lock Guarantee mean?

Simply said, your price for hearing treatment will never go up.  This provides two distinct advantages:

1. Hearing loss progresses and technology gets better. At the end of four years, you can choose to continue your treatment at the SAME price you paid before. (As the graph below in Historical Pricing Trends shows, people who started treatment 4 years ago pay $50 less a month than those who start today.) Over 12-15 years of care, this adds up to considerable savings!
2. If your hearing changes and the devices we fit you with initially aren’t meeting your needs, we will provide you with new technology without an increase in cost to you!

Pricing FAQs

Is financing available?

Yes. While some patients choose to pre-pay the entire treatment plan up front, most patients choose our monthly plan option. This is done as a loan through a financing institution and is available upon approved credit.

Are there hidden costs?

No. What you see is what you get. No office visit fees. No repair fees. No supply charges. No deductible for loss or damage (covered once in 4 years).

Does insurance cover this?

We’re in-network with most providers. At your appointment, we’ll verify your benefits. Just a heads-up: most insurance plans don’t cover hearing treatment, which is why we created this affordable, all-inclusive plan. You can read more about insurance coverage here. 

Can I upgrade in the future without a price increase?

Yes. Your monthly or prepaid rate is locked in—even when you upgrade after 4 years.

Do I need to pay for visits, cleanings, or adjustments?
